For our headquarters in Heidelberg we are looking to fill the following full-time (40h/week) position as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities

For our headquarters in Heidelberg we are looking to fill the following full-time (40h/week) position as soon as possible.
- Align Information Security targets with the relevant business targets
- Create Information Security guidelines, coordinate these with the management and communicate these to all employees
- Define the necessary Information Security goals and structures which are required in order to achieve these
- Create an Information Security concept and ensure it is kept up to date with changing legal and organizational requirements
- Issue directives relevant to Information Security
- Advise company management on Information Security matters
- Report Information Security related issues and events to company management
- Define the necessary information flows and Information Security measures, including information access rules, along with the required documentation and reports
- Initiate and monitor the implementation of Information Security measures
- Organize targeted Information Security awareness training
- Involve all company employees in Information Security and emergency preparedness processes
- Analyze and review Information Security events
- Work with other security colleagues to validate emergency preparation and measures
Your skills
- 3-4 years of professional experience in an Information Security role, or comparable
- Experience in working independently without leadership from above
- A solid understanding of e-commerce and the online world
- Proactive and independent, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Highly motivated, even under pressure
- A hands-on mentality and good team spirit
- Fluency in spoken and written English as well as German
