Studio Assistent at a boutique fitness gym (m/w/d) in Hamburg

Key responsibilities 

• First point of contact for riders
• Responsible for all riders in the studio to have a correct bike set-up
• Able to show leadership skills and provide feedback to other team members
• Ensuring our hospitality and services are of the highest standard
• Responsible for health and safety in the studio
• Ensuring there are never more than 2 team members behind the desk and max 1 team member on break
• Takes full responsibility of daily and monthly tasks in operations, sales and administration
• Form relationships with riders and help grow the community
• Maintaining clean and organized changing rooms, public spaces and locker area
• Ensuring classes start on time (..h00)
• Attend quarterly meeting and group trainings
• Read and use operational procedures (SOP's)
• Responsible for fixing headset and other maintenance issues instantly
• Handle a response rule for all incoming emails (4hrs), calls (instant) and VMs (4hrs)

• Living in Hamburg
• Passionate about people, hospitality / customer service and the Rocycle brand
• A team player
• Ability to multitask and combine communication tasks with operational tasks
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and planning skills
• Tidy, clean and hygiene focused
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• A proactive and creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
• Flexible within studio openings hours and be reachable for emergencies
• Problem solving skills

This position reports directly to the Studio Manager.
