RESPONSIBILITY

• You support the People Operations Manager in daily tasks
• You are in charge of smaller projects
• You support the recruitment process end-to-end (draft job descriptions, post on suitable sourcing channels, review applications and get involved in active search)and research of new organizational models
• You are a key contact to our candidates and guide them through the entire process to represent our unique culture
• You have the opportunity to gain first impression of the areas of HR Management, Personnel Development & Recruitment
  
  

SKILLS

• Currently, enrolled as a full time student in Business Administration with focus on Human Resources, Psychology and/or relevant fields
• First experience in people operations is a plus
• You approach things proactively and in a solution-oriented way
• You are an open-minded person, who is eager to learn and try out new things
• You are an energetic and an excellent team player with solution-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
