Our Engineering, Data, Product and Security teams are located in Berlin and New York and are critical to what we do. From procurement tools, to conversion rate optimization, live pricing tools, payment services and add-on upselling features, we work on challenging problems and have a high output of building and releasing features and engines that make our business thrive and deliver real financial impact.

• Acting as a solution-oriented member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team collaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, and Designers
• Take complete ownership of web and API test automation in the team
• Work with development teams to fully understand new features and define areas for improvement
• Participate in expanding and improving our shared automation framework  
• Gain in-depth understanding of HelloFresh’s core product and inner workings, and act as ambassador for solutions offering support and mentorship to colleagues

• You have hands-on experience in creating testing frameworking from scratch, and are familiar with extending and integrating frameworks using Java
• You have experience in delivering automated tests and testing solutions for rich UI (Selenium WebDriver)
• You have experience in creating the tools and tests for API testing
• You are experienced in creating and maintaining tests within CI/CD methods and practices, using Jenkins, Concourse or a similar technology
• You have strong understanding of SDLC and how to involve testing methodologies and quality as throughout the delivery lifecycle 
• You possess strong knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and adapt best practices quickly
• You understand the concepts of virtualization, microservice architecture, cloud and SaaS
• You thrive in the opportunity to collaborate and mentor team members, while also sharing practical knowledge and trends

Interacting with front-end developers, designers, product managers and our teams around the world is very much part of our day-to-day, so communication skills are vital. We are looking for strong problem-solvers who can apply their engineering skills to a wide range of platforms and environments, while also acting as an ambassador to coach team members and stakeholders.
