As our Conversion Manager - Online Marketing (m/f) you will be responsible for the most important KPIs relating to our digital advertising material such as banners and landing pages for both desktop and mobile products. In addition you will manage and optimize the app store experience for all our mobile games. Whether you deal with click-through rate or conversion rate, you will be expected to approach your role with analytical flair and creative problem-solving skills.

Your Job:

  • Own and drive our marketing funnel optimization efforts
  • Implement and refine our app store optimization strategy
  • Optimize the performance of our landing pages with quantitative testing
  • Support the marketing team in identifying the best performing visuals for their campaigns
  • Monitor and report relevant funnel and conversion KPIs using our tracking technologies and tools
  • Improve our web and mobile tracking as well as 3rd party tracking to allow us and partners for better conversion optimization

Your Profile:

  • A successfully completed degree (economic sciences, media informatics, psychology, marketing or similar)
  • 2+ years’ professional experience in testing, conversion optimization and web analytics
  • Advanced knowledge in app store optimization tools and processes (ASO), especially metadata optimization (keywords, descriptions)
  • Experience in empirically testing digital advertising material (banners, landing pages, app store assets)
  • Strong knowledge in Google Analytics
  • Ideally basic knowledge in Google Tag Manager
  • Analytical mindset that likes to own topics, is encouraged by getting responsibility in and gets things done
  • Team player with a key role in a motivated marketing team
  • Follower of the latest trends in internet technologies and trends
  • Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
