We, the Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH, located in the heart of Munich, design and implement airline loyalty solutions based on our Loyalty Management Suite, a software platform for the development and operation of customer loyalty programs. Our customers include, among others, Lufthansa, Germany, with its frequent flyer program Miles & More and China Southern Airlines with its "Sky Pearl" program. Now we are heading for the US Airlines. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improve our product platform while collaborating in an open and agile environment working daily with your team
- Contribute to the overall vision of our product platform together with product management, sales and other stakeholders
- Elaboration of customer solutions based on product functionality
- Own and prioritize the team backlog based release goals and customer value
- Define stories and establish story acceptance criteria (primary based on automated test concepts)
- Observe and learn about market and customer needs and integrate this into product vision
YOUR PROFIL
- Experience in software product development and/or integration projects based on a software product
- Strong problem analyzing and solving capabilities as well as strong decision making skills
- Ability to understand technical impacts of requirements (architectural impacts, security, performance)
- Working experience using SQL and Java, as well as basic knowledge of Webservices (Rest/Soap)
- Working experience with agile methodology
- Good communication skills and personal responsibility, self-initiative
- Excellent English is a prerequisite, fluent German a plus
