Customer Support (m/w/d) in Berlin

We are looking for talents to work in our amazing start-up at Potsdamer Platz-Berlin! We are Organic's Best Shop, an international online store specialized in the sale of high-quality organic baby food. As a growing and promising company, we are looking to bring someone bright, organized and clever to our team.

20 - 40 Stunden pro Woche

What are you going to do:

What you will do:

  • Communication with the customers via e-mails in English.
  • Consulting parents about our organic baby food.
  • Through your professional service you create a great shopping experience.

What we expect:

  • Creativity and high motivation.
  • Good to very good English Skills (Oral, written, reading).
  • First Experience in Customer Support.
  • High Social Intelligence.
  • Interest in healthy eating and ingredients.
