Working Student - HR Recruiting & Sourcing (f/m/x) in Hamburg

What are you going to do:
We are looking for you for 20 hrs/week (flexible working hours) as soon as possible.
- You will gain diverse insights into the HR work of a dynamic gaming company by actively supporting our HR team
- You identify potential candidates via various social media channels
- You support the direct approach of suitable candidates
- You are actively involved in the generation of new online recruiting channels
- You will be integrated into all phases of the recruiting process and will support the HR team in communicating with applicants and scheduling interviews, rejection management etc.
- You will be responsible for current job advertisements on (inter)national job portals
- You will participate in other HR relevant topics
Residency in the greater Hamburg area would be desirable for also conducting onsite meetings in our office.

What we ask:
- Enrolled in a state-recognized university
- You are preferably studying economics or social sciences or a similar course of study and ideally have some practical HR experience from internships or working student activities
- You show enthusiasm for recruiting and active sourcing
- You are quick on the uptake and convince with a structured, reliable and proactive way of working
- You have a high internet affinity, especially for social media networks
- You demonstrate a high degree of independence and reliability
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
