Medical Learning Management (m/f/d) Internship in Berlin

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will support day-to-day operations in the development and implementation of medical learning strategies and programs
• Support planning and management of blended learning solutions covering e-learning, classroom training, job-shadowing, coaching and workshops
• You support designing and delivery of learning material
• Networking with various departments responsible for the development of learning programs such as Human Resources, Functional Learning Academies, trainers etc.

WHO YOU ARE

• University student (m/f/d) with focus on psychology, human resources, or pedagogy with a focus on adult learning
• Motivated to expand your first experiences in organizing learning events
• Experienced in administrating digital learning systems
• Advanced user of MS Office
• Team player (m/f/d) with proven networking capabilities
• Creative, proactive and reliable
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English are mandatory
• Motivated to show your networking and communication talent
