YOUR TASKS
- Coaching the team to work goal oriented with focus on delivering often, good quality products
- Ensuring and enabling continuous improvement, including performance and quality improvements
- Coaching the team to identify impediments early & turn them into improvements
- Support Product owners with creating and managing backlog
- Organizing and moderating of regular scrum activities for your team
YOUR SKILLS
- background in the IT field (studying or practical experience)
- 3+ years working in agile teams
- at least 1 year experience as a scrum master
- great communication and moderation skills
- analytical and problem solving mindset
- very good English skills, German is a plus
