Service Technician 3rd Level Support (m/f/d) - Focus IT Security / Networks in Bremen

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Level 3 support for a new IT security product (Security Appliance HW+SW)
• Checking, classification and processing of 3rd level service requests and tickets
• Proactive solution finding with the customer or service provider
• Coordinating and implementing workarounds / patching in case of incidents in cooperation with the customer, the Development team
• Creation and development of a knowledge base and improvement of product documentation
• Building the interface to the customers

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable
• Multiple years of experience and profound knowledge in the field of IT security/networks
• Basic knowledge of software architecture
• Basic programming knowledge
• Willingness to become deeply involved with the product
• Safe use of MS-Office products, Jira and Confluence
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
