Spotlight is one of SAP.iO’s latest ventures. Its focus is to help enterprises improve their business operations and processes in a data-driven way. Based on SAP’s exclusive data assets, domain knowledge and the latest technologies, we show our customers where their problems are, what to focus on and how to improve their operations and process landscape. We strive to build an insanely great product by building an insanely great team. We’re looking for an Operations Associate to support Spotlight's Operations Team.

The Role
The Spotlight by SAP Team is looking for a highly motivated individual to support a team of experts with a variety of administration tasks. You will be working closely with both management and individual team members in order to ensure smooth operations and help improve the existing processes. To succeed in this role, you will need to have good communication and organizational skills and a strong desire to dive into new areas and drive them to completion. We offer a young an international working environment with flat hierarchies in the heart of Berlin.

Your specific tasks include:

• Supporting the recruiting, hiring and onboarding process, like screening of CVs, scheduling of interviews, candidate correspondence, writing of Job Descriptions
• Employer Branding, representing Spotlight by SAP at Career Fairs, universities etc.
• Preparation, execution and follow up of meetings or workshops with key internal stakeholders and customers
• Internal communication, e.g. updating the internal website, preparation of presentations

Role Requirements
Required skills:

• Master’s degree with a focus on or strong interest in business administration, human resources or similar field
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills internally as well as customer-facing
• Highly flexible, able to work and thrive in a rapidly changing environment, able to handle uncertainty and frequent changes
• Ability to work independently and in an interdisciplinary team
• Excellent executer, gets the job done in a positive, reliable and encouraging manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint),
• Excellent English and German language skills – both written and verbal
   

Preferred skills:

• Experience in working in the software industry, Interest in latest technologies
• Experience in Human Resources in general and / or in Recruiting in particular
• Knowledge about SAP internal administration tools
• International experience

Work Experience
We are looking for an outstanding individual with work experience in Human Resources, Operations and / or Project Management. Graduates welcome!
