Head of IT Service Desk (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Setting up a global 24x7 Service Desk on Rheinmetall Group level - follow the sun
• Taking over technical responsibility for the Service Desk
• Ensuring operation for Incident Management and Request Fulfillment
• Setting up KPIs and reports to check and ensure service quality
• Continuous quality assurance, optimization and further development of Service Desk processes

The position can alternatively be located at another Rheinmetall site in Germany.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable
• Ideally professional/disciplinary management experience in a comparable global position
• Professional knowledge in ITIL service management processes in complex IT landscapes
• Practical experience with ITSM software solutions, ideally ServiceNow
• ITIL Foundation v3 certification or higher
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
• Soft skills: Team player, committed, solution-oriented
