- Setting up a global 24x7 Service Desk on Rheinmetall Group level - follow the sun
- Taking over technical responsibility for the Service Desk
- Ensuring operation for Incident Management and Request Fulfillment
- Setting up KPIs and reports to check and ensure service quality
- Continuous quality assurance, optimization and further development of Service Desk processes
The position can alternatively be located at another Rheinmetall site in Germany.
