Graduate Recruitment Coordinator in München

· A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in HR, Communication or other related fields
· Highly pro-active & customer centric attitude
· Ability to prioritize & multitask
· High attention to detail
· Very well structured, organized, and detail oriented
· Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English & at least one other EU language
· Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
· Comfortable working on own initiative

· A first experience in recruitment, HR or Admin in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with in house Applicant Tracking Systems
· Experience in high volume scheduling for multiple sites
· Speaking another European language is always a plus
