As a Junior Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the uniform and targeted actions of the recruiters.

What will I be expected to do? 

Recruitment manager / supervisor - in charge of the performance of the international recruitment team:

• Follow up with country managers of all cross border recruitment projects (needs of customers, volume, specificities etc.)
• Set up weekly/ monthly targets for the recruiters according to the customers needs
• Organization and supervision of international recruitment campaigns
• Creation of recruitment tools and improvement of the process
• Planning per quarter: recruitment needs / volume of recruiters needed
• Report directly to StudentJob International Manager 

Account management - with the help and supervision of country managers:

• Customer relationship management
• Optimization of the process
• Answer customers’ questions
• Report to relevant country managers 

Recruitment

• Help the team with recruitment when needed
• Make a follow up with candidates and recruiters
• Plan and organize phone calls and Skype interviews


Your Profile:  

• You are a French, Dutch, German, English or Spanish citizen
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
• Enthusiasm and interest in management, leadership experience is preferred 
• Hold a bachelor degree or ideally a Master degree (Bac +3/5)
• Previous experience in HR or Recruitment is preferred
• You want to live and work abroad and gain international experience
• Experience in sales and business development is a plus
