WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Head of the IT Security department, in particular technical and disciplinary management of the employees of this department
• Independent further development of the IT security strategy
• Review and adaptation of IT security standards and architectures
• Evaluation of IT concepts (hardware/software) with regard to aspects of IT security
• Project management, consulting and support of the specialist departments
• Selection and active management of service providers for the provision of IT security services
• Coordination of IT security incidents
• Regular review and selection of IT security recommendations

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Completed studies of computer science with focus on IT security, cyber security or comparable field of study
• Enthusiasm for IT security and working in a technically highly complex environment
• Many years of professional experience in IT or information security
• Experience in leading employees
• Information security certifications (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001, BSI, NIST, FIPS)
• Independent, self-organized and structured work
• Systematic thinking and creativity
• Assertiveness
• Very good knowledge of German and English, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel
