Jobbeschreibung
- Lead real estate projects with cross-functional and international teams
- Select and coordinate external design teams, service providers and contractors
- Provide globally real estate / architectural / construction expert support and consultancy to various projects in various phases
- Negotiate lease, purchase and sale contracts for real estate
- Steer the development of future-proof real estate and workplace strategies for our global office and manufacturing sites in cooperation with local and regional leadership teams
- Develop further and implement global real estate standards and initiatives, e.g. in regards to portfolio management, sustainability and work environments solutions
- Prepare and present reports to executive management
- University degree with major in architecture or civil engineering
- Several years of work experience in the context of corporate real estate management, ideally in the field of project management
- Experience and expertise in factory and office projects planning
- Ability to communicate target-oriented and cooperate effectively in a complex and diverse organizational context
- Analytic thinking and result-oriented, pragmatic work method
- High resilience, assertiveness and self-reliance
- Ability and knowledge to see the big picture but also to concentrate on technical details when needed
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally

Excellent written and spoken English, German and other foreign languages will be a plus
