Was du machen wirst:

In front of our Refund desks at the airport you shall check the Tax Free forms from the customers, explain them how to obtain a customs stamp, help them to fill in the forms , sort out forms which are not for us, translate if needed and advise to have the refund on the Chinese Union Pay credit card.

• We will provide a uniform.
• The job is a standing position.
• It is interesting but also demanding.
• It is not just to take care of our Chinese customers but also all the other cutsomers from all over the world.
• An interest in languages and openness is definitely helpful

Extra Informationen

• We are open for several worktime models as long as we cover the weekends and peak times
• So far the job is limited until 31st December ( which might be extended )
