• Manage all the documentation relative to mechanical & thermal engineering with customers during the various reviews he/she will be involved in
• Assess and provide justification about the mechanical & thermal behavior of the units
• During the proposal phase, establish the detailed definition and budget of all packaging activities needed to fulfill project needs
• During the project execution phase, as a member of the Product Core team:
• -> Ensure the management of the packaging activities, fulfilling the planned budget and schedule
• -> Coordinate all technical activities related to packaging design, EEE assembly qualification and DFM.

• Completed studies in engineering, Stress engineering or comparable
• At least 3 years of work experience in engineering
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering is needed
• Experience in Mechanical and Thermal Architecture is required
• Skills in MCAD (Catia, Creo..) and ECAD (Mentor..) would be a plus
• Knowledge in mechanical and/or thermal simulation tools is needed
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
