For our Green Finance team, supporting financial institutions worldwide in the area of mitigation and adaptation finance as well as in environmental management aspects, we are currently looking for a highly motivated student assistant (f/m/d), who is interested in building a greener financial sector:

Your tasks
You will support the Green Finance team in the implementation of green/climate finance projects and Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS), particularly in financial institutions. Your
responsibilities will include:
- supporting the development of environmental and social risk management tools
- supporting the implementation of ESMS in the financial sector
- conducting research support tasks (e.g. interviews, data collection and analysis, etc.) during project
acquisition and implementation - conducting research on current affairs, events and news in the field of climate change and
environment - supporting the development of high-quality knowledge products with excellent formatting
skills - maintaining and further developing current data bases for our clients (mainly environmental data)
Your profile
You are very much interested in development co-operation, climate change related-topics and environment, and have the following qualifications:

- Master student in environmental science or environmental engineering; alternatively master student in economics or finance with intrinsic interest in environmental aspects of the financing industry
- experience in the field of environmental climate change mitigation or adaptation
