Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners is Deutsche Telekom's investment management group. With approximately $2 billion under management and advisory, and a portfolio of over 70 companies, we provide venture capital, private equity, and strategic advisory services to the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. We are looking for adding a motivated Private Equity Analyst to our team in Hamburg.

Tasks:

As a Private Equity Analyst in our central office in Hamburg, your tasks will include, among others:

• Screening of investment opportunities
• Transaction structuring and execution
• Preparation and negotiation of transaction documents
• Financial modelling and data analysis in Excel
• Presentation of the results of research and analysis to our partners and investment committee
• Financial forecasting & operational analysis of Deutsche Telekom’s subsidiaries as part of our advisory activities for Deutsche Telekom

Profile:

You have gained 1-2 years professional experience either in a top-notch Investment Bank, Strategy Consultancy or Private Equity firm and have solid business and financial analysis skills. You are interested in the private equity branch and have experience in analysing business models and financial statements. Furthermore, you have following skills and experiences:

• Intermediate German, spoken & written
• Very good English, spoken & written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
