(Senior) Partner Manager Supplier / Vendor / Supplier Management

As (Senior) Partner Manager you will assume central responsibility for one or more top partners with a focus on IT operations.

You will take on the following tasks with enthusiasm and experience:

 

• Strengthen and expand business relationships with a 360° view of all aspects of the cooperation
• Ensure transparency and quality in operational business
• Manage cost optimization and boost revenue (win-win)
• Raise partnerships to a higher level through new approaches and ideas
• First contact, internally and externally, at national and international level, and in negotiations, escalations and all issues that are relevant for Executive Management

• University degree or MBA, preferably in the technical or business field
• Many years' experience as principal relationship manager
• Management and design responsibility for IT vendors, partners or suppliers
• Top relationship management skills, also at executive level
• Sound expert knowledge of ICT business and proven experience in managing strategic and/or operational topics
• Experience in international collaboration and hence a high level of intercultural expertise
• A strong command of German and English
• Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally
   

In addition, you can also contribute experience in the following areas:

• Developing innovative market ideas and win/win cost models
• Preparing financial, management and partner performance reports and analyses
• International IT service/IT operations
