As soon as possible, we are looking for:Call & Service Agents
We all have the same Goal: 100% satisfied customers. We achieve our goals enthusiastically, motivated and with a lot of fun. Together we will build the most successful travel agency of Europe!
Job responsibilities:
- Support our customers via phone, e-mail and chat with booking of tickets.
- Inform customers about prices, availabilities, insurances and car/hotel bookings
- Support customers with changes in Bookings, cancellations, new bookings and special wishes
- Deliver excellent customer service in an efficient, professional and courteous manner at all times.
- First-hand experience or Interest in airway companies or travelling
- Highly motivated, with excellent communication skills, flexible and responsible
- English, French or Spanish on mother tongue level
- Great job as a Student, during summer holiday or on a long-term basis
- 9,50€ per hour
- Paid Training for one week
- Working times: Monday till Friday
