As a VFX Artist - PC Client Game (m/f), your primary task will be modeling and texturing game assets. You will create reference materials and objects, introduce your own ideas, and ensure that the style of our products remains consistent. We are looking for someone with an impressive portfolio and some experience as a VFX artist.

Your job:

• Optimize VFX with performance in mind
• Introduce your own ideas and concepts in order to design the product more effectively
• Create VFX (particles/shaders/mesh deformation) in Unity and Maya/3D Studio Max
• Design top quality low poly environments and textures for the low poly assets
• Collaborate closely with 2D artists to create geometric effects/shapes

Your profile:

• You believe in active communication and have experience with agile working methods
• Completed degree or equivalent training in graphic design, ideally with a focus on 3D art
• Several years of in-depth professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of the Unity 3D engine
• Very good knowledge of Maya or 3D Studio Max and Photoshop
• Experience with Zbrush or similar 3D programs is advantageous
• You have a keen sense of realism, but the ability to adapt different art styles is also beneficial
• Scripting in Python and Mel is a plus
• A strong team spirit and proactive communication are essential
