As our Online Marketing Manager - Real Time Advertising (m/f), you will independently devise, manage, and develop your own programmatic performance marketing campaigns through multiple demand-side platforms. Your role will include the responsibility to measure the effectiveness of the campaigns and optimize them accordingly based on analyses of the upper conversion funnel and in-game behavior of our users.

Your job:

• Plan and execute worldwide RTA campaigns to acquire and retain players for our mobile apps and browser games
• Monitor and optimize the RTA campaigns according to profitability goals and analyze the related KPIs
• Create your own strategies and optimization measures based on the detailed evaluation of the performance of the campaigns and the overall channel
• Work closely with other marketing channels and departments (e.g. conversion, business intelligence) to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of your advertising measures

Your profile:

• Successfully completed degree in business or another field related to marketing
• In-depth knowledge in managing online marketing campaigns on CPM or CPC basis (experience in managing RTB campaigns through DSPs is a plus)
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and a head for numbers
• Good team player and a decisive and proactive way of working
• Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
