Your responsibilities

• Independent support of international customers
• Availability inquiries with suppliers and service providers
• Preparing quotations, placing orders, checking goods from receipt to dispatch
• Issuing transport documents for shipping and customs clearance
• Participation in trade fairs and customer visits at home and abroad

Your profile

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship (e.g. As an industrial business management assistant, business management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade), a Bachelor‘s degree or comparable qualifications
• You enjoy working with international customers
• You work independently, efficiently and like to work in a small team
• You have good English and MS Office skills
• You have a pleasant, confident manner
