As Production Director - Strategy Studio (m/f), you will be responsible for the production of our successful live games for web and mobile platforms. As a part of the management team, you will help advance the studios with your entrepreneurial mindset. As a natural leader, you will provide your interdisciplinary teams with the conditions they need to achieve top results.

Your job:

• Motivate the team to achieve optimal collaboration through your professional demeanor and clever implementation of frameworks
• Continuously develop structures and procedures concerning the production and operation of our games together with the team
• Manage project managers and team leads in disciplinary matters and support them in improving their existing skills and developing new ones
• Continue to develop the studio in regard to the technologies, tools, and processes used in software and art asset development
• Utilize the points of contact and service providers within the company in the most advantageous way
• Ensure the high quality of games in production as well as developed games

Your profile:

• Several years of managerial experience in development, preferably in fast and flexible startup environments; experience in the gaming industry would be advantageous
• A wide repertoire of methods for structuring procedures and organizations
• Several years of experience in applying agile methods and agile values
• A completed degree
• A proactive and responsible working approach
• An entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset
• You know how to combine your empathetic style of management with a high degree of assertiveness
• You can communicate clearly and transparently and motivate your team
• Very good written and spoken English
