the role 

We're looking for a motivated working student to support our Talent Acquisition team for up to 20 hours per week. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn essential skills from a team of experienced TA professionals. It's an exciting time where you will support Zattoo's planned growth and play an integral role in how we attract the very best talent. We're currently a team of 4 giving you the opportunity to work more broadly as required or is desired.

What You'll Do

• employer branding
• Develop our employer brand awareness on social media eg create mini advertising campaigns/updates on Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor responses
• talent sourcing
• Assist with active sourcing of candidates and building talent pipelines for a variety of roles 
• Talent mapping of our competitors to reduce time to hire
• Manage our growing talent community
• Systems administration 
• Be a “superuser” of our ATS system Greenhouse, open and close acquisitions, manage job administration within the system and ensure data integrity
• team administration
• Manage the recruitment mailbox
• Scheduling complex interview loops with hiring teams 
• Training course administration
• Post job advertisements across multiple job boards

What You'll Bring

• Enrollment in a Business, HR or Psychology degree course 
• An ability to work 15-20 hours per week 
• Good organizational, time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen interest in social media and talent acquisition 
• A fan of TV
