Was du machen wirst:
- Processing daily B2B and B2C orders and answering customer enquiries
- Administrative support of the sales team, preparing listings and sample shipments
- Preparation of freight documents, customs formalities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, improving the workflow and space allocation to optimize picking and packing of goods
- Manage the shipment of product and communicate with logistic partners
- Assist the Operations Manager implementing a warehouse scanning system
- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review and develop plans for increased productivity and loss prevention
- Source FSC packaging and sustainable materials for delivering goods

Was wir erwarten
- Currently studying in logistics, supply chain or other comparable area is a plus
- Good English skill and intermediate German skill
- Structured workflow, reliability and concentration are important.
