Growth Internship / Working Student (m/f/d) in Berlin

You will have a mix of different tasks and responsibilities. Many with a direct impact on our strategy and its execution.

Was du machen wirst:

Support the growth department with research, documentation, analysis, and most importantly your ideas and personality.

Depending on your background and the current initiatives, you will be taking over a number of responsibilities. For example but not limited to:

  • Supporting in defining and documenting our go-to-market strategy
  • Operations projects (e.g. introducing a new software tool)
  • Marketing, Sales, CS content creation
  • Market & Competitor research, analysis, action recommendations
  • Planning, preparation, and execution of marketing projects/campaigns
  • Hiring support

  • You can work independently and also work well with an international and cross-functional team.
  • You know that nobody knows or can do everything and instinctively know when to ask for help over trying yourself for endless hours.
  • You communicate effectively and convincingly in English and German.
  • No experience needed
