Move-in objective: Make foreigners relocation to Germany a success.
Move-In is the 1st company to offer online and offline services fitted for everyone's needs with digital tools and all inclusive multilingual relocation packages
As Wiki Customer Service Coordinator, you will participate to the launch of a new service.
You will manage the customer requests and provide them with the right solution.
Profile:
- Student with a minimum of 1 year completed at the University
- German as native language or C1 level
- A good level of English is requested
- Good Knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus
- Autonomous and adaptation capability
- Service oriented person

At the begining, we need someone available 2 hours/week. It could increse regarding the service evolution.
This is a full remote job.
Flexibility is important as hours of work could change from a week to another. (no work during the weekend)
