Your future:In this position, you will lead strategic marketing projects in the field of Marketing Excellence.In more detail, you will lead and support the development of contemporary international & cross-functional processes and tools and their implementation in the countries.Moreover, you will work with markets on a project basis to ensure that all activities are aimed at building an efficient and effective marketing function in Dr. Oetker that works as internationally as possible and as locally as necessary.You will be responsible in promoting and supporting an international cross-functional exchange of information within marketing. Your strengths:You hold a degree in Marketing and have gained several years of professional experience in Marketing within FMCG.Moreover, you are experienced in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.You are familiar with agile working and change management methods and you are interested in continuous improvement, new technologies and new ways of working.You have already proven your skills in working on an international level with cross-country involvement.A high willingness to travel internationally is assumed. You have a good command of English in written and spoken language.You are described as an excellent communicator with international thinking, assertiveness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
