Student Assistant - IT Operations (f/m/x) in Berlin

Was du machen wirst:

We are looking for an IT Operations - Student Assistant (f/m/x) to help our growing company develop products that shape the future of musical instruments and music production. You will work closely with a team of highly motivated employees on-site in our Berlin office. You will ensure that all IT services and equipment are available for our teams to work effectively in a fast growing office. This includes (remote) setup and support of computer systems in your colleagues home office situation, as well as a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Due to the nature of work this position requires an on-site presence within our Berlin office.

What You'll Do:

• Working self-organized in coordination with the IT Operations team.
• Support via helpdesk ticket system, Slack or email.
• Maintain and support software and hardware systems.
• Create documentation for workplace IT infrastructure.
• Inventory devices and help to renew our hardware management

What You'll Need:

• Some experience setting up, maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure
• Understanding of Windows, macOS and mobile device troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong focus on service-orientation and understanding of IT needs.
• Excellent organization and communication skills in English, German is a plus.
