The opportunity 

We are looking for a Customer Succ Working Student, for our Fitogram team in Cologne. Founded in 2013, Fitogram provides a software solution for thousands of fitness professionals across Europe. As our Customer Success Working Student, you are going to be an part of our Customer Success Team and will have the possibility to learn in a fast growing start-up.

Your responsibilities 

• You are responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
• Your job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
• You provide technical support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with our software
• You help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize their software based on their business needs.

What you need to succeed 

• You speak German on a native level and you are proficient in English
• You are currently enrolled at a university for your Bachelor's or Master's degree
• You have very good communication skills, you enjoy social interactions and helping other people
• You have a problem-solving mindset 
• You are rigorous and attach importance to details
• You are eager to work in a dynamic start-up, learn a lot and take on new responsibilities
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
