ABOUT THE TEAM

As part of SAP’s Global Procurement Organization (GPO) the global car fleet team is fully responsible for all fleet aspects in Germany with a fleet size of 17.000 cars. There are 10.000 further cars in 20 SAP entities which are managed from a GPO perspective. The international fleet activities will be further centralized and standardized moving forward. 

The Car Fleet team is strongly aligned with local fleet policy owners and cross functional stakeholders.

THE ROLE

• Evaluation, analysis and reporting of car fleet KPI‘s
• Excellent innovative and creative design skills for communication on all internal management hierarchies 
• International Communication with suppliers and employers on all organizational levels
• Processing of general activities
• Controlling of car invoices and inventory lists
• Management of automate vehicle registration certificate
• Execution of administrative functions
• Examination and processing of government inquiries and lawyers
• Driving our e-mobility fleet to the next level

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:

• High commitment and proactive working
• Student (f/m/d) of a university or college (FH)
• Secure handling in MS Office applications
• Fluent in German and good command of English
