Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) for SAP HCM in Neuss

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Analysis and evaluation of the requirements of the departments regarding the SAP HCM modules (especially in the area of time management, payroll accounting and authorizations)
• Conducting requirements reviews and decisions on the implementation of departmental requirements for technical or procedural changes to the SAP HCM system
• Continuous check and optimization of the SAP HCM authorization concept for data protection compliance
• Consulting and training of the SAP HCM User & Keyuser

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Completed business studies with a focus on human resources or business informatics, or an apprenticeship combined with relevant work experience
• Multiple years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Founded knowledge in SAP HCM module support
• Distinctive conceptual skills and HR knowledge
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken
• High level of service orientation, commitment and flexibility
• German language skills are mandatory
