Software Tester with focus on C#/.NET Framework for leadership, communication and soldier systems (m/f/d) in Bremen

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Creation and execution of software tests
• Creation of test specifications and instructions based on the software requirements
• Development of test tools for automated and manual testing
• Support of the developers with error detection and localization
• Evaluation and reporting of test results and metrics
• Monitoring of test progress and derivation of process improvements
• Support of developers in the implementation of quality assurance and quality improvement measures
• Setup and maintenance of test environments

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable or alternatively an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development or comparable
• Experience in the creation and realization of software tests
• Good knowledge of the programming languages C++ or C#
• Good knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python)
• Good knowledge of test and debugging tools/frameworks
• Experience in dealing with requirements engineering (e.g. DOORS)
• Knowledge of agile development processes
• Knowledge of the test-suite Eggplant desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and German
• Willingness to travel on business at national and international level
