IT Infrastructure Support Analyst (m/f/d) in Kiel

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You ensure the productive operation of the IT infrastructure for the site 　
• In international projects you will develop and implement division-wide IT infrastructure solutions together with colleagues from other locations 　
• You are the interface to our IT service providers and manage all aspects of their IT infrastructure 　
• Offer hands-on support for internally managed infrastructure projects 　
• Conceptual creation of requirements documents in close cooperation with the departments involved 　
• You advise our specialist departments proactively and are involved in application concepts

The position can also be filled in Kiel and Kassel.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• You have a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, computer science or a comparable field of study 　
• You have in-depth knowledge in the areas of network infrastructure, LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, client-server architecture. Knowledge of IT applications, IT service management and end user support would be an advantage. 　
• Certifications in project management (PMI/PRINCE2 or similar) and in the IT environment (e.g. ITIL, MCSE, CISCO, etc.) are advantageous 　
• You communicate securely in German and English. 　
• Basic willingness to travel, also internationally, is required. 　
• Your strengths include initiative, an analytical mindset, a high degree of results orientation and the ability to implement solutions in an international Environment
