Deputy CEO (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Representation of Rheinmetall interests in the Joint Venture in middle east
• Working in close coordination with the CEO of the Joint Venture and support the CEO on all Business areas
• Management of the company according to internal, local and international rules/ laws
• Responsibility for Business Development, Sales, Integration, Delivery, Profit & Loss for the company
• Planning and realization of company business plans
• Cooperation with German Headquarter and other subsidiaries, including harmonization of calculations, internal reporting, interface to finance team etc.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Master degree in Econmics or Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with Simulation Technology is preferrable
• Management experience in international Business
• Effective communicator with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees to interact with clients, staff and senior management
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive intercultural attitude
• Analytical thinking, willingness to innovate and negotiating skills
• Flexibility and high ambiguity tolerance are beneficial
• Pronounced knowledge of English spoken and written; Arabic and/ or German in an asset
• Readiness for international travel
