Senior Tesla Advisor (m/w/d) - Düsseldorf in Dusseldorf


The Role:

The Senior Tesla Advisor will lead the way, in providing an excellent and memorable customer experience – from point of initial engagement with Tesla, right through the entire journey.

As a customer experience champion, part of this role will be to provide continuous coaching and mentoring to Tesla Advisors; both on the job and during one on one sessions. The Senior TA will ensure all TA’s are communicating with prospective customers across all channels, effectively and in the Tesla tone of voice. Also demonstrating the effectiveness, during their own customer experience.

They will regularly review and revise how to better engage with our customers - offering new ways to educate, while always providing an outstanding experience - demonstrating the benefits of our products.

The Senior TA will continuously be sharing knowledge of the sales processes, product updates, and stay ahead of latest industry information. They will be a mastery of the end to end sales lifecycle, always looking ahead at ways to improve and grow the Tesla business and be a champion of customer excellence.



Sr TA responsibilities are:

  1. Responsible for training Sales skills, able to train, mentor and coach Tesla Advisors through full sales cycle and lead by example
  2. Develop best practices that excite the team to educate and excite prospective customers about Tesla’s product offering, discuss benefits and answer questions
  3. Continuously review and propose new ideas for improving the highest level of customer service and sales approach (financial, technical, lifestyle, practical)
  4. Demonstrate agility and a flexible approach, partnering effectively and supporting in all areas of the business where needed
  5. Actively develop a positive team environment, by collaborating and maintaining professionally amicable relationships

A Sr TA also masters the TA responsibilities which are:

  1. Engaging all customers promptly and personally, ensuring their first interaction is welcoming
  2. Excite, engage and educate all prospective and existing customers through open lines of communication
  3. Help Tesla maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting and updating customer contact information
  4. Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets
  5. Provide the highest level of customer service throughout the full sales and delivery cycle, as well as continued support throughout ownership
  6. Prepare, stage, and charge customer vehicles in advance of their scheduled delivery appointment
  7. Educate new owners by conducting a comprehensive orientation, tailored to the individual customer's needs and comfort level
  8. Execute customer documents for delivery day
  9. Conduct direct deliveries from Delivery Centers to customer homes
  10. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned, to meet business needs

  2. Demonstrable experience within a Customer Service environment

  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Astute attention to detail
  7. Genuine interest about Tesla products and services. Especially keeping up with EV industry trends and local incentives
  8. Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
  9. Flexible approach to the working environment
  10. Ability to work evenings and weekends
  11. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record
