Solution Designer (m/f/d) We are currently looking for a Solution Builder / Solution Designer (m/f/d) Cybersecurity, process digitization, and IT infrastructure: Are these topics that interest you? Location: Ludwigsburg or Regenstauf Employment Type: Full-time Contract Term: Permanent Start Quick Application Your Responsibilities You’ll advise clients directly and further develop existing client relationships. You’ll gather requirements in workshops using proven process models. You will configure and implement solutions on our low-code platform, implementing requirements in the ECM and ELO environments. You will use AI tools and playbooks for analysis and configuration. You will assume substantive and technical responsibility for the project. You will independently conduct user training sessions and explain technical concepts in an understandable way. In special cases, you’ll seek targeted support from the consulting team to ensure a suitable solution. Your Profile An apprenticeship, a college degree, or relevant IT-related professional experience forms your technical foundation. You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in technical project implementation. You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner while keeping the big picture in mind. You also stay attuned to issues that extend beyond your immediate scope of work. Even when a situation is unclear, you remain calm and level-headed. You have a solid foundation in working with software solutions and IT systems. Experience with low-code platforms is a plus. Scripting skills will help you here, because low-code doesn’t mean no-code. You can explain technical topics clearly and genuinely enjoy direct contact with customers. You have strong written and spoken German and English skills.
