At our site in Böblingen you will find both as ECAD Librarian (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities Define and own the ECAD library architecture, including data models, classification schemes, naming conventions, and attribute structures Establish global library standards, guidelines, and governance rules Ensure scalability, reusability, and long-term maintainability of ECAD libraries Act as the central authority for architectural decisions related to ECAD libraries Architect and optimize the integration between ECAD tools and surrounding systems (MCAD, PLM, component databases, ERP) Define interfaces, data flows, and automation concepts for library creation and maintenance Act as escalation point for complex library-related issues Work closely with hardware design, component engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality teams Translate business and engineering requirements into sustainable library solutions Influence and align stakeholders without direct line authority Your Qualifications Education in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field Strong experience in ECAD environments with focus on libraries, standards, or system architecture Deep hands-on experience with ECAD tools (e.g.
