We are looking for a Junior Growth Associate in Munich to support Sinpex's growth initiatives and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and strategy. This role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy analytical work, structured problem-solving, and clear communication.

You will work closely with experienced team members and management, contributing to growth projects while building a strong foundation in B2B sales and business development.

What you will do:

1. Support Prospecting & Outreach: Help identify relevant prospects, build structured lead lists, and support the preparation of first outreach to decision-makers.
2. Assist Partner & Customer Management: Support the coordination with partners and potential customers, helping to prepare meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.
3. Customer & Market Analysis: Analyze customer needs, market segments, and use cases to support tailored go-to-market approaches.
4. Support Sales & Growth Initiatives: Contribute to growth projects by preparing analyses, presentations, and data-driven insights.
5. Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Management to help improve processes and scale growth activities.

What you will need:

1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree (or close to completion), ideally in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
2. Interest in sales, growth, or business development (first experience is a plus, but not required).
3. You combine strong communication skills with an analytical mindset and are comfortable using tools like Excel or CRM systems to drive results.
4. You are outgoing, enjoy starting conversations, and are comfortable reaching out proactively including via cold calls without getting discouraged by rejection.
5. Curiosity to understand technical products and explain them in a simple, structured way.
6. Fluency in German and English to confidently navigate an international business environment.
