What can you expect?

• You have 2–4 years of experience in software development.
• You hold a degree in Computer Science (or an equivalent qualification).
• You enjoy working in agile environments and have a hands-on mentality.
• You have experience in backend or mobile app development and are familiar with scalable software architecture, microservices, Java/Kotlin, or JavaScript.
• You are familiar with CI/CD tools, Hibernate, and Docker.
• You have an interest in fintech and possess excellent English language skills (German is optional).

What should you bring along?

• Write and ship production-ready code that has a meaningful and measurable impact on users and the business.
• Design, develop, and analyze new features and tools that contribute to company growth and revenue.
• Collaborate with a small, cross-functional team.
• Work closely with Moneteers across the company, including Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, and other teams.
• Help thousands of Monet customers achieve their goals and manage their finances through the improvements you build.
• Run experiments that provide valuable insights into user behavior and help improve the overall user experience.
• Gain firsthand insight into how Monet operates as a business.
