Timeless is a platform for investing in collectibles: watches, art, classic cars, wine and spirits, gemstones and rare collectibles. We are opening up an asset class that was previously reserved for a few, to a wider audience. We are currently building several strategic projects in parallel and are looking for support that works directly alongside our senior management on execution.

Was erwartet dich?

• You support the steering and delivery of strategic projects, from concept through to execution.
• You contribute to defining and executing our strategy and prepare the basis for decisions.
• You structure complex questions, analyse data and turn them into clear recommendations.
• You research markets, competitors, partners and the collectibles asset class.
• You prepare and follow up on meetings: agendas, materials, next steps.
• You work closely with the founders and senior management and take ownership of your own workstreams.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

• You are currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a degree program in business, management, or a related field (preferably at a top-tier university)
• You possess strong analytical and structured thinking skills, allowing you to transform complex data into clear, well-argued recommendations and presentations.
• You are proactive, work independently, and naturally use AI tools and modern technologies to enhance your efficiency and the quality of your work.
• You have a solid understanding of or a genuine interest in collectibles as an asset class.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
• Ideally, you are based in or around Berlin
