IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

More than just a lab. We are a 24-hour lab located right next to the Leopoldina Hospital in Schweinfurt. Since September 2023, we have also been a training facility for the MTL program. The MVZ Labor Schweinfurt specializes in hemostasiology, immunology, immunohematology, and microbiology. Our accredited laboratory is part of the Limbach Group, which consists of over 30 individual laboratories. These physician-led laboratories have long established themselves as leaders in Germany through highly specialized diagnostics.

Schweinfurt | Non-medical role | IT | Full-time | Permanent position

Responsibilities

• Support & Consulting: You will provide first- and second-level support to laboratory staff and our clients (medical practices, hospitals, and other healthcare providers) and offer advice on IT-related questions
• System Management: Configuration, administration, monitoring, and optimization of the IT solutions used in the server/client environment, network, and peripherals
• Analysis & Projects: Identifying challenges, collaboratively developing concepts, and independently implementing small-scale projects

Profile

• Expertise: A completed IT vocational training program or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have experience in the medical field
• Analytical Skills: You analyze challenges, develop well-thought-out solutions, and implement them in a structured manner
• Digitalization: You enjoy driving digitalization forward in the healthcare sector
• Initiative & Team Spirit: You work independently, take on responsibility, and are also a valuable part of the team
• Communication Skills: You can explain complex issues clearly—both internally and externally
• Flexibility & Willingness to Learn: You’re open to new IT solutions and are constantly developing your skills
• Language Proficiency: Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
