These challenges await you:

• Your responsibilities will include managing, optimizing, and further developing our M365 services (specifically Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams)
• You’ll also dive deep into the details, handling analysis, troubleshooting, and 2nd- and 3rd-level support for our M365 setups
• You’ll take on technical responsibility in software release and lifecycle projects
• You will ensure modern, secure, and high-performance workstations in the M365 environment for our customers
• You will also be responsible for managing users, permissions, applications, and cloud services
• You automate whatever can be automated (e.g., with PowerShell)
• Close collaboration with customers and internal teams is a given for you

What you bring to the table:

• A completed IT training program (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Nice to have: MS-900, MS-102, MS-700/721, MS-203, MS-220, SC-200, or SC-900
• Experience in user support and with ticket systems
• Terms like CIS or BSI standards don’t intimidate you
• PowerShell and other common automation methods are more than just buzzwords to you
• You work in a structured manner, think analytically, and are eager to take on client projects
• German at C1 level or higher
