Here’s what you can expect:

New development and further refinement of the user interface for our control center software, to ensure optimal management of daily public transit operations and a user-friendly experience for transit agencies!

• You’ll be involved in the entire software development process
• Together with your team, you’ll develop the graphical user interface (GUI) for our applications as well as the corresponding data feed
• You’ll contribute to the design of use cases and implement them independently
• You’ll develop JavaFX components for our RCP application
• Active participation in the implementation of agile development processes (Scrum)
• Technologies used include JavaFX, Eclipse 4 RCP, and EMF

What you bring to the table:

• A completed technical degree in the IT field or a comparable qualification is required
• You have in-depth knowledge of Java, Eclipse RCP, or JavaFX
• A strong interest in the architecture of software solutions is a plus. You enjoy developing system architecture and helping shape their long-term structure
• Experience with implementation in a cloud environment is a plus
• Regular communication with others is essential for you, in both German and English
• You’re passionate about solving complex problems, developing creative ideas, and thinking outside the box
