Are you interested in learning how long-term customer relationships are built and how strategic transformation initiatives are successfully implemented? Are you passionate about the intersection of customer management, business strategy, and digital transformation, and eager to gain valuable hands-on experience?
Join our Strategic Relationships & Customer Transformation team. Together, we drive the evolution of our customer relationships and support transformation initiatives that create sustainable value for both our customers and our company.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of strategic customer initiatives
- Assist in analyzing customer requirements, market trends, and business opportunities
- Prepare presentations, decision-making materials, and management reports
- Support the planning and coordination of transformation and change management projects
- Maintain and organize customer and project data within relevant systems
- Create reports, analyses, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Consulting, Product Management, and Customer Success
- Provide administrative and organizational support in day-to-day operations
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled at a university, preferably studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Management, Digital Business, or a related field
- You have a strong interest in customer relationship management, strategic business topics, and transformation initiatives
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
- You communicate confidently and professionally with a variety of stakeholders
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Initial experience with CRM systems, data analysis, or project management tools is considered an advantage
- You have excellent German skills and a good command of English
