KMG operates acute care hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, long-term care facilities for seniors, medical care centers, and outpatient care services. We are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as an IT - Local Support Specialist (m/f/d/x) for the Northern Region at our corporate headquarters in Bad Wilsnack. You can decide for yourself which of our clinic locations you’d like to work from.

Responsibilities

Here’s what your day-to-day work will look like

• Providing first- and second-level support to users
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT workstations and peripheral devices
• Handling incidents and service requests in the ticket system
• Support for hardware and software rollouts
• Administering user accounts, permissions, and end devices
• Providing support for Microsoft 365, Windows clients, and standard applications
• Documentation of solutions and processes
• Participation in IT projects and close collaboration with internal and external partners

Job Requirements

You’re our top choice if

• you ideally have completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration (f/m/d/x) or hold a comparable qualification. We’d also like to hear from ambitious, tech-savvy career changers (f/m/d/x).
• you’ve already gained some practical experience in IT support or at a user help desk
• you have a good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and standard hardware
• you have a service-oriented, structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• you are known for your friendly demeanor, ability to work in a team, and enjoyment of direct contact with users
• you hold a Class B driver’s license and are willing to travel locally within the Güstrow to Neuruppin area to KMG’s northern locations
• Good written and spoken German skills round out your profile
